Breakfast:

bagel with cream cheese and grape jelly and coffee to drink

Lunch:

grilled chicken, rice with corn, salad with blue cheese dressing, a couple slices of avocado and water to drink

Dinner:

all microwave made. chilli dogs (i could only down 1 and a half, they were too gross) and potato chips. drank water

Misc:

probably gonna have a piece of banana bread later that i made :D it looks delish

egg&hot dog burrito and mango juice

i didn’t snap a picture at lunch but it was a sonic cheesburger, fries, and a cherry limeade

for dinner:

my mom made chow-mein style noodles with chicken and i drank water

misc: one big reeses peanut butter cup

Mission One

I’ve been meaning to keep a journal on what I eat and other stuff I’d like to keep logged but I never get around to it so I figured since I’m on the internet so much I should just do it as a blog since it’s more convenient.

My first task is to get myself to start eating a little better so I’m gonna write down what I eat every day so I can see what I’m putting into my body every week and see what I need to keep doing and what I need to cut down on.

I want to do this with pictures as well but I need to charge my camera so for today I’ll just write it.

Morning: Peanut Butter and Jelly on wheat and half a glass of milk

Lunch: Chile Verde stew with rice and beans, a flour tortilla and water

Dinner: Tuna salad with crackers and water

Misc: Ice cream cone in the afternoon after lunch
